Will it scare my dog?
It runs at a soft 30–50 dB, quieter than a normal conversation. Introduce it slowly and keep the first sessions short.

Yes. The 3 port sizes fit toy breeds and cats (small), most dogs (medium) and big breeds like Labradors (large).
Does it work on thick or dark nails?
Yes. Because it files a little at a time, you can check the nail as you go. That's especially helpful with dark nails, where the quick is hard to see.

How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. You'll find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Enter it in Track my order above.
How long does delivery take?
All US orders ship from the United States and arrive in 3–5 business days. We pack and ship every order within 1–2 business days. Canada takes 5–8 business days and the rest of the world 6–14. Every order comes with tracking. See our Shipping policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $45. A single grinder ships for $4.95.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Send us a message with your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change it.
It says delivered, but I can't find it
Check your mailbox, porch and neighbours, and give it a day, as parcels are sometimes marked delivered early. Still missing? Send us a message with your order number. If you added Delivery Protection, lost or stolen parcels are covered.
