We ship worldwide.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We aim to ship within 24 hours, but at busy times it can take a little longer.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over $45. Orders under $45 ship for $4.95. The same rates apply to every country.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it anytime on our Track my order page.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are paid by the customer.
Out-of-stock items
In rare cases, when an item is out of stock in our US warehouse, we ship it from our warehouse in China or Bulgaria instead. Delivery then takes 5–12 business days.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows no update for 14 business days, we'll consider the parcel lost and give you a full refund.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a parcel can't be delivered because of an address error on the customer's side, we can reship it for the standard shipping cost. We may ask for proof of address, such as a utility bill or an official document.
